Inspection/proposal on Friday, and installation on Monday; price was as expected; servicemen and scheduler were very professional. I appreciated the 30 minute call ahead. Very, very satisfied with the entire process - Thank you!

Guy who came to do an estimate said it was a simple job. The repair rep came, tried to fix the window latch but ultimately said he could not fix it. I understand and accept that they errored in thinking they could fix it but why should I be charged full price if they couldn't fix it? Follow-Up: Within an hour of my review, Apex called to apologize that they couldn't fix the window crank closure and offered to refund me 2/3rds of the cost of their visit. How awesome is that. We agreed to split the charge so I have revised my review and would definitely use them again.

This is a great company and the 2nd time I've worked with them. The communication was great throughout, they workers were prompt, very nice and the job was completed very thorough. The windows look great! I will use this company again if needed and i will definitely recommend to others.
