I woke on a Friday morning to find a crack on the inside of my large double pane front room window. I called Apex who had an estimator in my driveway within hours. The window glass portion needed replaced, and I felt the price was reasonable ( under 1k). A couple days later on Monday, Apex showed up as scheduled and replaced the window. Everyone I interacted with was polite and professional. They did a great job, I absolutely recommend.

Great customer service. Workers installing my new rollers on my patio door were excellent. Did a good job on removal of my vertical blinds and re installing them with great care, when they had to remove my patio dared, install the rollers. They were superb with their cleanup were very considerate of my property period I have a recommend these people ten times over . How are the 3 companies that I called? This was the only company that came out to look at my door and tell me what I needed period the other two called me back and told them that you have to give me another call after they talk to their office managers. When they did call me back, they said they didn't need an appointment to come out both instances. They stated my door was older and it couldn't be repaired, they made an assumption that I needed a new door replacement which was quite costly period one was the big company set. My original door was made at and he had the nerve to say. The door was too old period I was so disappointed in this major company. I think a good thing is to remember all a smaller. Local company has more honest and reliability with their customers period so glad I chose apex window homestead

We had four windows quoted and a door for about 6500. I just happened to see an apex truck in a driveway nearby and thought I would get a quote from them. They came out and replaced four pieces of glass in windows and one on an exterior door for about 1/5 of what it would’ve cost for a full replacement. It was super quick too!

Guy who came to do an estimate said it was a simple job. The repair rep came, tried to fix the window latch but ultimately said he could not fix it. I understand and accept that they errored in thinking they could fix it but why should I be charged full price if they couldn't fix it? Follow-Up: Within an hour of my review, Apex called to apologize that they couldn't fix the window crank closure and offered to refund me 2/3rds of the cost of their visit. How awesome is that. We agreed to split the charge so I have revised my review and would definitely use them again.

We called Apex regarding 2 windows that had broken seals. We had estimates ranging from $1,700-$2,600 to replace the windows. I called Apex, within the next few days we had someone out from the company measuring the windows and giving us an estimate. Within a few hours after he left, the company called to set up an appointment to have the glass replaced. They came out today, replaced the glass in 2 windows and were out within an hour. Very easy process the entire time. Great communication and very professional workers. I would highly recommend this company.

I had a weather facing bay window with three double hung windows. All of the trim around the bottom of the windows was rotting due to water intrusion. This wasn’t really a DIY project and most “handymen” weren’t comfortable with it. I wanted all of the wood removed and replaced with pvc. This is exactly what Apex recommended. They sent in two people that really knew what they were doing. I could tell right away that I was getting quality work. The job looks fantastic. All caulked in nice and tight like the builder should have done in the first place. I’ll never have to worry about this structure again.

The prices were very reasonable but most importantly I didn’t have to change out all of my windows because of the fog like all other companies told me I had to! Apex came out and replaced the glass at a fraction of the cost of what it would be elsewhere. They also changed out some mechanisms on a few of my windows that weren’t working properly. Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere, I did the research and this place is the best!!! Thanks Apex!!!

The quote experience was great and price is fair. Evan did a fantastic job repairing our windows. The wood was replaced with good painting and sealing. He also adjusted the nails properly so that the windows can be opened and closed smoothly. Highly recommend Apex Window and the team!
