After researching two other companies, both said 3 to 4 weeks for an estimate and 6 to 8 weeks for installation. Apex gave me the option to do a virtual estimate the same day. The virtual estimate was ballpark $300. Then Apex came out the next day to do the actual estimate which was $295. The install was completed the following week. I was concerned the replacement glass would not match the orginal double payne Andersen glass, but you can't even tell! Looks perfect!!! Jay did an exceptional job and solved 2 thorny issues with an Andersen slider as both the screen and the door both had issues and made it nearly impossible to use this expensive Andersen door. We recently had 2 patio windows replaced, 2 new screens, and 2 windows that were hard to lift repaired. Outstanding job from start to finish. Great communication, very professional, polite and tidy!
