First time home owner and the first time we have had to manage a project like this! The process for fixing three of our windows was so fast and straightforward. I appreciate that the person who came out to measure the windows to provide the free quote was not a salesperson. He just did the measurements, took photos and gave us the quote. We then received an emailed copy to review. Any time I contacted the office with a question, they were prompt and very helpful. Once our custom window replacements were on-hand, they scheduled the install which took all of 40 minutes. It is so nice to have all our windows looking great again. Thank you!!!

Many of the windows featured in our portfolio had problems that could be repaired without replacing the entire unit. In some cases, the damage was limited to a failed insulated glass unit, rotted wood along the bottom of a sash, worn hardware, or a deteriorated section of the frame. Our technicians assessed each window to determine which components needed attention and whether the existing structure could be preserved.

Our completed projects include foggy window repair, broken glass replacement, insulated glass installation, wood window repair, sash and frame restoration, and door repairs. The portfolio also includes full replacements where the condition of the existing window made repair impractical.

Some jobs require replacing a single glass unit, while others involve rebuilding sections of a sash, repairing a sill, or correcting problems that prevent a window from opening and closing properly.

Our work varies by window type, material, and the extent of the damage.
