I woke on a Friday morning to find a crack on the inside of my large double pane front room window. I called Apex who had an estimator in my driveway within hours. The window glass portion needed replaced, and I felt the price was reasonable ( under 1k). A couple days later on Monday, Apex showed up as scheduled and replaced the window. Everyone I interacted with was polite and professional. They did a great job, I absolutely recommend.

Great customer service. Workers installing my new rollers on my patio door were excellent. Did a good job on removal of my vertical blinds and re installing them with great care, when they had to remove my patio dared, install the rollers. They were superb with their cleanup were very considerate of my property period I have a recommend these people ten times over . How are the 3 companies that I called? This was the only company that came out to look at my door and tell me what I needed period the other two called me back and told them that you have to give me another call after they talk to their office managers. When they did call me back, they said they didn't need an appointment to come out both instances. They stated my door was older and it couldn't be repaired, they made an assumption that I needed a new door replacement which was quite costly period one was the big company set. My original door was made at and he had the nerve to say. The door was too old period I was so disappointed in this major company. I think a good thing is to remember all a smaller. Local company has more honest and reliability with their customers period so glad I chose apex window homestead

Very impressed with the experience of Apex. We had a large window that needed replaced. They were able to come next day and remove old window and place the new large double pane in about 20 minutes! Quick, efficient and affordable.
