Guy who came to do an estimate said it was a simple job. The repair rep came, tried to fix the window latch but ultimately said he could not fix it. I understand and accept that they errored in thinking they could fix it but why should I be charged full price if they couldn't fix it? Follow-Up: Within an hour of my review, Apex called to apologize that they couldn't fix the window crank closure and offered to refund me 2/3rds of the cost of their visit. How awesome is that. We agreed to split the charge so I have revised my review and would definitely use them again.

Words cannot express how grateful we are for the craftsmanship, diligence, and detail our two workers from Apex who put themselves into restoring our ten windows so we did not encounter bigger issues. They spent three full days with us. Yes, I was worried it might not match or the mess and the challenge might be too much, but we took a chance after reading other reviews and getting recommendations.
